We are always looking for technology partners to distribute the VP-II products. Under the partnership, VEID will supply the products, and provide the necessary training. There is a one year product warranty offered for manufacturing defects. Warranty is not extended to problems resulting from abuse or mishandling of the system or through improper use.

To qualify as a distributor, you need to fulfil the following:

	Expertise in system integration VEID will provide you with the necessary training in VP-II products. Thereafter, you will be in charge of product installation and will provide all necessary technical support to your clients.
	Proven track record in sales and marketing As a distributor, you will need to guarantee sales of a specified number of VP-IIM units per year. The quantity will be calculated based on the market size of the country in question and the purchase ability of the consumers. Since you will be solely responsible for all sales and marketing efforts, you will be evaluated based on current sales performance and your ability to come up with a feasible marketing campaign.
	Minimum order quantity Besides the yearly sales guarantee, you will need to purchase a minimum order from VEID upon signing the dealership agreement
